The HR department will endeavors to provide on an average 4-5 days of training per employee on an annual basis. The training session is conducted based on the training needs identified. The applicants are selected for both in-house and external training including overseas training programs. The obligation of practical as well as behavioral / management training rests with the HR department concerned, who will plan for and perform the training initiatives in close co-ordination with functional heads.
